Discover Lift Total Health, located on the quiet west end of Sun Peaks at 1130-C Sun Peaks Road, directly across from the Burfield chairlift. We are ski-in/ski-out in winter and an easy bike ride or walk from the village in summer — a peaceful retreat just a few minutes from the bustle of the main village.

Inside, you’ll find a BC-crafted Finnish cedar sauna, locally built cold-plunge tubs, and a bright studio for spin, yoga, and mobility classes — no memberships required.

No car? No problem. If you’re staying in the village and don’t want to make the trip on foot, simply reserve a ride with us on our booking page — we’ll come pick you up and get you back safe for your session.
