Trainer
Erik is not a spin instructor...**Yet** He is a 30+ year mountain biker with a deep desire to add to his past riding accomplishments in cross country racing. He works with what he has to make for a challenging ride while focusing on form and zone heart rate workouts. Erik is also a sports and acute injury recovery focused Registered Massage Therapist with a solid understanding of how the body works. He brings that understanding to the gym floor beside your bike in a challenging deep movements course, for those with nagging aches and pains more than the acutely injured he would see on the massage table. Erik's goal after setting up this new gym is to lead by example to make himself better through daily exercise, responsible diet mixed with his ongoing investigation in all the intertwined functions of our bodies.
