Lift Total Health is committed to protecting the privacy, safety, and wellbeing of all minors who visit our studio or use our services. Children may only participate in sessions under the conditions outlined below.
We do not take, use, or share photos or videos of minors without explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
No images of minors will ever be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without verified consent.
All minors must be accompanied by a paying adult during their visit.
The supervising adult must remain on‑site for the entire duration of the minor’s session.
Lift Total Health offers a day‑in‑advance family rate that can be booked online.
When booked, we do our best to make the session exclusive to your family group to ensure comfort, safety, and privacy.
Older siblings may sign consent only for family members who share the same last name and fall within our approved age groupings.
Example:
A 19‑year‑old sibling may sign for a 17‑year‑old sibling if they are part of the same household and family unit.
Lift Total Health reserves the right to request ID or guardian confirmation when needed.
Parents, guardians, or authorized siblings must ensure minors:
Follow all posted safety rules
Use facilities appropriately
Disclose any relevant health information before participating
Sauna use may not be suitable for all minors; staff may decline access if safety concerns arise.
Any personal information collected for minors (name, age, booking details) is used only for scheduling and safety purposes.
We do not sell or share minor data.
Third‑party booking platforms (e.g., JaneApp) follow their own privacy policies.
Lift Total Health may update this Child Privacy & Protection Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
